DUE TO PUBLIC HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, OPEN STREETS ON BARTON CAN ONLY SAFELY ACCOMMODATE A LIMITED NUMBER OF VENDORS.
Dates and Times
If your vendor application is accepted, you will be invited to participate in one of two Saturdays. Your spot will not be fully reserved until payment has been processed. The dates are August 7, and September 4. Vendors can set up from 9am - 11am and must have all materials cleaned up and off the road by 8:30pm. These open-streets events runs from 11am - 8pm.
Open Streets on Barton occurs between Wentworth Street and Victoria Street. Vendors will either be located on the street or in the municipal parking lot located at Barton and Emerald. Each vendor will receive a 10ft x 10ft location that is safely distanced from other vendors.
What we need
The organizers need a completed vendor application which includes a liability waiver. Once approved, we will ask for the vendor fee and your business name for advertising purposes. Priority will be given to local independent crafters.
There is a $75 vendor fee required for the day you are invited to participate.
What you get
Participating vendors get a space to promote their business and sell goods. Your name will be included on promotional materials for the event. The organizers are unable to provide water or electricity to our vendor locations.
COVID Refund Policy
If you develop COVID symptoms before the event, we ask that you self-isolate and DO NOT attend. We will be happy to refund 100% of your vendor fee.
