DUE TO PUBLIC HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, OPEN STREETS ON BARTON CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE A SMALL NUMBER OF LOCAL CRAFTERS. WHEN THE FESTIVAL RETURNS IN 2022, WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING 100+ VENDORS.
Due to COVID, the Barton Village BIA will host three OPEN STREETS ON BARTON events. These events close Barton Street to car traffic so that local businesses can set up patios and retail displays outside. This allows residents and businesses to reconnect safely. Please read the information below and complete a vendor application.
Dates and Times
If your vendor application is accepted, you will be invited to participate in one of three Saturdays. Your spot will not be fully reserved until payment has been processed. The dates are July 3, August 7, and September 4. Vendors can set up from 9am - 11am and must have all materials cleaned up by 8:30pm. These open-streets events runs from 11am - 8pm.
These events will occur on Barton Street between Wentworth Street and Victoria Street. Vendors will be located in the municipal parking lot located at the Corner of Barton St. and Emerald St. Each vendor will receive a 10 x 10 location that is safely separated from other vendors.
What we need
The organizers need a completed vendor application which includes a liability waiver. Once approved, we will ask for the vendor fee and your business name for advertising purposes. Priority will be given to local independent crafters.
There is a $75 vendor fee required for the day you are invited to participate.
What you get
Participating vendors get a space to promote their business and sell goods. Your name will be included on promotional materials for the event. The organizers are unable to provide water or electricity to our vendor locations.
COVID Refund Policy
If you develop COVID symptoms before the event, we ask that you self-isolate and DO NOT attend. We will be happy to refund your vendor fee.
